You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days, starting the with the day after you receive the goods.

Once in possession of the goods it is your duty to retain and take reasonable care of the items. You must send the goods back to me at my contact address, at your own cost, as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

Exceptions to this rule: If I delivered the item to you in error or the items are faulty, in which case I will cover the return cost. You have 30 days to return an item if it's faulty or damaged.

I reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding my direct costs of recovering the goods, or return them at my expense.

Once you have notified me that you wish to cancel the order, the sum debited to me will be refunded to you, minus any postage costs, as soon as possible and within 30 days of the cancellation of your order.

Exchanges can also be processed in the same way as refunds, please contact me to arrange this.

You may not cancel or exchange the purchase of an item that is made to your specifications or clearly personalised or by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
